The main action element of bellows is the metal bellows, which are filled with a liquid whose gasification temperature is lower than the saturation temperature of water. At the beginning of the device, low temperature condensate appears in the pipeline, and the liquid in the membrane box is in the state of condensation. The valve is in the open position. When the condensate temperature gradually increases, the filling liquid in the membrane box begins to evaporate, and the pressure in the membrane box rises. The diaphragm drives the valve heart to move in the direction of closing. Before the condensate reaches the saturation temperature, the steam trap is closed, and the membrane box controls the valve switch with the change of steam temperature to block steam drainage. There are two kinds of membrane boxes with open valve temperature lower than saturation temperature 15 ℃ and 30 ℃.
