BJ41W and BJ41Y insulated globe valves have three cover designs. The first is the bolted cover, designed in such a way that the valve body is connected to the cover with bolts and nuts, sealed with wound gaskets (made of 316 sandwiched flexible graphite). Customers have special requirements can also use metal ring connection. The second design is a welded bonnet, in which the valve body is threaded to the bonnet and fully welded sealed. Full penetration connection is also available when customers have special requirements. The third type is the pressure self - tightening cover, designed in this design, the valve body and cover with screw connection, internal pressure self - sealing ring.
[structure and characteristics]
Insulated globe valves are designed and manufactured in accordance with API602, BS5352 and ASME B16.34. Inspection and test according to API 598, marking according to mss-sp-25;
Full or reduced diameter;
Open rod strut type (OS&Y);
Self-centering pressure plate pressure sleeve type;
Bolted connections, wound gasket sealed bonnet, threaded connections, fully welded sealed bonnet and threaded internal pressure self-tightening bonnet;
Integral upper seal seat;
The socket end conforms to ASME B16.11;
Threaded end (NPT) conforming to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1;
Disc can be changed to throttle, needle, ball and check.
Scope of use: the product can be used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and other industries.
