The plunger valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, hole rack, tight ring, hand wheel and other parts. When the hand wheel is rotating, the plunger is driven up and down in the middle of the hole frame by the valve stem to complete the opening and closing functions of the valve.
The interference fit is adopted between the plunger and the sealing ring in the valve. By adjusting the flange bolt in the gland, the sealing ring can compress the side force generated by the product, the hole surface of the valve body and the outer round seal of the plunger, thus ensuring the sealing of the valve, eliminating the internal leakage, and the small opening moment of the valve, which can realize the rapid opening and closing of the valve.
Because the sealing ring adopts the non-toxic new sealing material with strong resilience and high abrasion resistance, it can withstand long-term high temperature and high pressure without losing elasticity, so the sealing performance is reliable and durable.
The structure characteristic of plunger valve is controlled by a stainless steel piston and the upper and lower two elastic sealing ring, sealing ring and fixed up and down and can keep the distance of metal framework, plunger is like a cork generally inserted into the two sealing ring formed in the cylindrical contact seal, the sealing area is large than traditional cut-off valve, sealing efficiency is very high, the sealing ring to prevent external leakage, plays a role of inner seal ring, if after a long time with leakage, pressure can be covered by adjusting the retaining bolt (valve mouth closed) first make the seal ring on the seal pressure increase, caused by the component increases, After many times of interference seal tests, the reasonable interference seal value has been determined. After millions of times of reciprocating movement, the good sealing effect can still be provided completely and reliably.
